What is Bella Sera Bridal's policy on returns and exchanges?
Each Bella Sera Bridal purchase is a final sale. However, all Bella Sera Bridal items may be exchanged or returned if they are incorrect, defective or damaged.When placing your online order, please double check your order. If you are having an item personalized with a monogram please triple check the personalization before submitting your order. Your order is created just for you and all sales are final. If you are unsure of anything when placing your order, please contact us at 978.774.4077.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may exchange the item for the same item or an item of the same value, or you may return the item(s) for a credit. Otherwise, all other Bella Sera Bridal items are non-refundable because all items are made to order. Please call 978-774-4077 for instructions how to exchange or return your item.
If you are returning or exchanging an incorrect, defective or damaged item, the items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 10 days of receipt for a credit or exchange. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an incorrect item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Bella Sera Bridal also offers "In-Store" pick up. If you would like to pick up your items at our Danvers, MA store, please choose the "In-Store Pick-Up" option for shipping. Please note, you will be required to enter a shipping address, however we will not ship your item(s) to you unless you call us and specifically request this change. You will be charged separately for shipping if you decide to have your items shipped instead of using our "In-Store Pick-Up" option.
What can I expect to pay for shipping? (Terms of Service)
Most of Bella Sera Bridal's items will ship within 2 business days and will arrive to you via UPS or USPS. Standard items will ship no later than 14 business days. Monogrammed items will ship no later than 21 business days. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us at 978.774.4077 before placing your order to verify our current production schedule. An expedited shipping method may be necessary.Bella Sera Bridal also offers "In-Store" pick up. If you would like to pick up your items at our Danvers, MA store, please choose the "In-Store Pick-Up" option for shipping. Please note, you will be required to enter a shipping address, however we will not ship your item(s) to you unless you call us and specifically request this change. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. Why am I required to add in my shipping address if I am picking my item(s) up at Bella Sera Bridal in Danvers, MA?
Bella Sera Bridal wants to be sure we have all of your information just in case you decide you cannot make it to our store to pick up your item(s). Rest assured, your item will not be shipped unless you give us the ok. If you decide you would like us to ship your item, you will be charged for shipping separately.
Can I have items monogrammed?
Most of Bella Sera Bridal's items can be monogrammed with 1, 2 or 3 initials, "Bride" or "I Do." Some small products only allow for one-initial monogramming. If a Bella Sera Bridal item is able to be monogrammed, it will say so in the details of the product. If you are monogramming an item, please triple check the personalization before submitting your order. Your order is created just for you and all sales are final. If you are unsure of anything when placing your order, please contact us at 978.774.4077.
A monogrammed item can take up to 21 days to arrive to you. If you need your monogrammed item(s) earlier than 21 days, please call 978-774-4077 so we may better assist you. Based on our manufacturers stock, we may or may not be able to accomodate rush production on monogrammed items. If we are able to accomodate a rush order for monogrammed items, an additional charge will apply based on the number of items.
